What are carbon rights?

Carbon rights are the rights to generate carbon offsets in the form of sequestration/storage on a piece of land through natural processes. In other words, corporations, NGO's and private companies are willing to pay landowners for the service of developing their land to store carbon in trees and biomass. Similar to mineral rights, carbon rights are separate from the estate so projects can develop on a property without effecting ownership.

We organize projects by helping landowners and carbon offset project developers transact and manage carbon rights. Generating capital for landowners that use their land to fight climate change.
